What florida beach is the best for children and adlts?

I am planning a florida vacation for 4th of July week. I have to kids under 10 but mom is going also. That means I can have some fun enjoying nightlife. Any suggestions?

2. If you want to enjoy the nightlife then Panama City Beach is party capitol of Florida. For just kid friendly beach fun without a lot of the tourist trappings my family has always enjoyed Mexico Beach, just a short distance from Panama City. Clean beaches where you can enjoy the water, sand and sun and still keep an eye on your children.
3. i think Orlando beach would be the best bc i enjoyed every bite of it it so much to do with the kids and alot to do when kids or asleep try it u will have alot of fun
4. St Pete's Beach is relatively calm since it's on the gulf side. Close to Busch Gardens, TB Devil Rays if you want to do a ball game. Just an ice area with good restaurants and a variety of price ranges. Disney is also manageable from there. Have Fun!
